Today’s Inspiration:  Traditional Wedding Invitations.

Even within the realm of the “traditional” category, there is still lots of room to play around and design a unique invitation to fit your event and personality.

Jewel tones are always a popular choice when leaning towards the more traditional side of the spectrum, and of course a solid liner to match your ink color is a nice way to kick it up a notch.

This invitation is clean and straightforward without a lot of “frills”.  The enlarged typography gives the traditional script a little bit of a modern spin.  Simple, classy and elegant with a hint of flair for a formal affair.

This is a fairly traditional wedding invitation, but the French envelope adds drama and interest.

This invitation provides a unique balance of modern and traditional.  The square shape is modern, but the typestyles, border detail and royal purple are more on the traditional side.
