While we always enjoy catching up with our regulars, we are excited to have met lots of new people lately from other areas of town! The sudden influx seems to be somewhat related to the recent closings of two stationery stores: one in Altamonte and one in Dr. Phillips. We hate to see our colleagues close up shop after all these years, but appreciate their customers trusting us to assist in their custom stationery and invitation needs.
We’ve also gotten a lot of people lately who have first tried shopping online for wedding invitations, but then became overwhelmed by the process and needed some guidance. Remember, we are here to help! Selecting the perfect invitations can be tricky and most people have lots of questions about the proper etiquette and wording, so instead of guessing or Googling, just ask us!
Ordering online may seem convenient at the time, but people are often concerned about not being able to “touch and feel” the paper before placing their order. This is a legitimate concern! Paper texture and weight can make a huge difference and often is a major indication of the quality. Trust us … you don’t want to be unpleasantly surprised when you see your invitations for the first time when they arrive at your doorstep.
Also, one of our preferred vendors, Crane, is having a great sale in September! Buy 75 stationery notes or wedding invitations and get 25 for FREE! We can take pre-orders, so be sure to take advantage of this great offer!
Stop by and introduce yourself, or give us a call to set up an appointment! You can also shop online before you come in, to get a feel for what’s out there and establish what you’re looking for. Visit http://test.maureenhallinvitations.com/shop-online/
